Shipping

On all orders we charge a flat shipping rate of $8.95. Our processing and packaging turnaround time is 3- business days.

 

Do you ship outside United States?

We currently only offer shipping to the United states, no international delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, A.E. Schmidt Billiards will accept returns within 30 days of the purchasing date. Returns must be unused and in the original condition for you to receive refund.

 

How to return items: Please ship your unused items back using the shipper of your choice to our warehouse. Please make sure all items are securely packaged to assure it arrives to our warehouse in good condition. We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees. We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

If you are in the Saint Louis area you may bring returns to our store front 720 at Koeln Ave Saint Louis, MO 63111. We will not accept returns at this location without the original receipt.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your return please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return. When return is complete you will receive an email confirmation. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
