Moving & Maintenance
A.E. Schmidt Billiards offers STL pool table services including a variety of moving & maintenance for your existing or new pool table. Our crews work on 6′, 7, 8′, 8OS, and 9′ American Style pool tables. We do not service all brands but many are applicable, please follow link to see list of pool table manufacturers we service. We are insured, bonded, and offer warranties on our work. Hit the ‘learn more’ button for description of all moving services and to request a quote. Our service work is performed Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
Cushion Repairs
This service is for pool table cushions that have gone bad. Tell tale signs your cushion has gone bad, either the rubber is hard as rocks and cannot get any squeeze off it or is too soft and more consistent with putty. We will remove existing cushion and replace with new K-66 gum rubber cushion. This service is typically performed with new felt, as the cloth on the rails cannot be saved after it is removed. We accept walk in drop off rails that you would like new cushion put on – this is not a same day service but expect 1-2 weeks for completion. All rail repair services must take place at our factory, we cannot perform this repair on site. We can also re-cushion snooker rails, please allow additional time for this service.
